The Potosi-Tennyson Joint Water Commission will be formed in 2026. The commission's purpose is to manage, operate, and maintain shared water supply facilities between Potosi and Tennyson.

 

Each village has its own water utility, set its own rates for water customers, and maintain its own distribution system.

 

The Joint Water Commission will consist of five members, with two from each village and one selected by the Sewer Commission. ​
